    Per-name lookup service (Next.js). Forename and surname search return all-decades bearer totals with a by-sex split (Number of women / Number of men) plus a per-decade by-sex breakdown table. Forenames suppressed <5 bearers, surnames <20. No prefix/enumeration endpoint, so names are seeded from existing FI/EE/SE tokens in all_official_names_freq.parquet and queried individually. Fetched via scripts/fetch_fi_dvv.py (RSC:1 payload; resumable SQLite checkpoint; raw cache under raw/FI/). DVV renders a column total as '< N' when any decade in it was suppressed — those rows are kept as lower-bound counts and flagged in data_note='dvv_nimipalvelu|lower_bound'. First pass: 5,255 given names + 3,033 surnames (12,560 rows; per-sex rows for given, total bearers for surname). Direct IP throttles after ~1,400 requests; ran via Decodo DC proxy.
